What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all visa and mastercard payment via paypal, although you do not need a paypal account to make a purchase just simply follow the checkout steps on paypal's secure website.

How fast will I receive my order?
We ship all products using Royal Mail First Class Post, generally orders will arrive within 1 - 3 working days after dispatch. Please allow up to 7 working days before contacting us.

Shipments are only available to the UK.

What is your return policy?
All sales are final although if your product is defective please email us to request an exchange within 7 days of date of delivery (or Royal Mail’s first attempted delivery)and is in it’s original, unworn condition. Please email before returning the item to us as we cannot exchange without authorisation.
We highly recommend using a signed for service as we can not refund or exchange in the event of loss or damage in transit. Also note that return postage costs is at your own expense and ensure that sufficient postage is paid for your return as we are unable to accept packages which do not carry the correct postage amount.
Exchanges are for items of equal value or less only.
